Scott was our sales guy and came to our home and explained everything we needed to know about the system that would be best for our home. He gave us a few options and we chose the best one to fit our budget. He answered all of our questions fully and made sure the install process went smoothly. A great experience that I would recommend to anyone.
Richard is a very personable, very knowledgeable engineer. He fixed the issue with our newly-installed system and I learned a great deal about what to watch for to keep it in top running condition.
