Fraud comes to my mind when I think of homes eco water...First off shout out to Richard he is a 5 star tech that should go to a better company he deserves that. I'll make the issues short here: 1 they installed a iron filter that didn't work charged me for it the sales guy blamed me when talking to his boss(went Outside to make the phone call but I got cameras with a mic lol) the first install tech didn't clamp the hoses and my basement bedroom flooded a bit (wrecked baseboard and had to get carpet shampooed) this is when I met richard he came fixed the issue. When it wasn't working sales guy came back tested priced me out another unit to add which was 400$ cheaper then my iron filter he ends up having richard swap my iron filter for the water softener. I got no refund for the difference between the two machines then i talk to the owner it did not fix my water issues he comes out promises to make it right that was months ago while I still have the same issues when they got here but now out 1000s of dollars for no reason (first install tech wrecked my original softener aswell but i never brought it up just agreed to replace as you cant get parts(he tightened a screw and cracked plastic which also caused a leak watched him do it that guy luckily is no longer there)) I now am searching for another company to fix my issues but i want to let others know. I think it's fraud to install something that doesn't fix the issue and install a cheaper equipment without a refund for the difference and still have the same issues at the end of the day I won't recommend them and I won't use them again... Also I'd like to mention that sales guy who has bragged about. Being there for 35 or more years doesn't know as much about the product as Richard the installer. Do better Homes eco water💦.
We had Holmes Ecowater install an RO systems in our new home. Installer did a great job and the water tastes great! Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we are still waiting for an email from their office so we can set up the app to monitor the system.
I have to give Ted (Sales) a huge shout out so informative positive and professional to deal with. Richard and Jamie were part of the installation team and they were so wonderful explained everything felt very confident and a great understanding of all the products installed, great sense of humor all of them what a wonderful group of people at Holmes Ecowater. This is a review about this companies interactions with my 84 year old father.He called them to come and take his water system out of his house because he just sold his house. They came and did that, awesome. When they did this they didn't give him a price for removing the system from his house. What they did do was try and sell him an entirely new system for his new house for $800. No labour charge.He calls them to come and install the old system in his new house. After they find out that he won't purchase the new system, they proceeded to tell him that they will be charging him $300 to remove the old system from his old house. And my dad won't even tell me what they charged him to put his old system in his new house!So in other words they are going to get their 800 dollars whether he buys a new system or not!The old system took them less than an hour to remove, and they are going to charge 300 dollars for that? This is criminal.Somebody from the company better contact me and make this right so I can delete this review!
We called someone else first, they said they could not give us softened water except on the hot water only. We heard good things about Holmes EcoWater, so we called them. Eco water came out; Jaime and Richard. Two very nice gentlemen. And we have softened water (except for just 1 tap) so much more than we expected to be able to do. And fresh tasting drinking water with the reverse osmosis system. After everything was installed, and tested they cleaned up every scrap leaving everything neat, clean, and tidy.
Richard & Jamie replaced our water older softener and installed a RO system. Their work was superior, explained how all the equipment worked and maintaining thoroughly left the work area clean and tidy. My husband likes Ecowater because the first thing they do is walk you through potential problems/trouble shoot 1st. But after we still had problems, Jamie and Richard came over right away, I couldn't believe the customer service. And these two were so informative and very nice. Good job Ecowater.
Jamie and Richard did a great job refreshing our water system today. We are so happy with this system. It has been a life changing system for our household - we have had it for nearly 10 years and with this service it is back in tip top shape.

We had a pleasant experience with Holmes Eco Water. Scott did a great job explaining how their products works. Soon after, we had reverse osmosis filtration system installed (by Michael) on our kitchen sink for our drinking water. We were quite pleased with how fresh tasting the water is.A little problem developed as a result of the install, but Michael came back promptly to fix it. We had been enjoying our fresh and clean-tasting water ever since. Thank you, Michael and Scott! And thank you Holmes Eco Water!

Once again, another year later, we had to call on Homes echo water for some maintenance to our system. Richard continues to impress. He is quick, professional, and gets the job done right! He came on time and repaired our system for less than what was quoted. He didn’t replace anything that wasn’t broken, which is refreshing for a change. He was professional, and willingly wore a mask as per my request, as I am 8 months pregnant. We will use Homes echo water again and highly recommend them for all of your water needs. So please with my water softening system. My skin is less irritated and so soft. The drinking water system is soooo worth it. Water tastes fresh and leaves you no worries what’s in our drinking water. Excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended

Did a good job from start to finish.Richard did a great job over the phone on settings to make my water clearer. He knows his machines. Definitely would call him again. This is 6 months after it was installed
February 2024 - as always... Richard walked me through resetting our system after a holiday. Much appreciated that we could do this over the phone!!!...Richard fixed our water system right up today! It was a much simpler fix than we thought, but he took the time to explain each filter, and patiently allowed me to make notes, so that our system should not need another service for a long time. Really appreciated that he had ALL the necessary parts & filters with!!!

We wanted a reverse osmosis system and went to see Holmes Eco Water . They sent someone out to the house in Fort Macleod, explained everything and the cost . We accepted the offer and the installer came in and gave us exactly what we wanted. Afterwards had another visit to make sure everything was A okay, which was an added bonus . Holmes didn’t charge any travel fees, I don’t know another company that doesn’t charge for travel, much appreciated. We love our system. We recommend the system and Holmes for your water needs .
