We have been Holmes Ecowater customers for many years and have always appreciated their prompt, efficient service. Our reverse osmosis system has worked well over the years but had a diaphragm failure this week and needed service. The receptionist answering our call was great and arranged for a technician to come the same day. Richard, the service technician, was friendly and knowledgeable and got the system back up very quickly. Thank you Richard, much appreciated.

Called Holmes Ecowater today and they came to my place very quickly. Richard came to my house today to help with the faint smell from water. He was very helpful and explained the system and what to do. Very nice person and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him.

We had been having some issues with our system. Richard came out and solved the problem and also told us another thing that wasn’t working, we had no idea, and if left unchecked would have caused a lot of troubles if left unchecked. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.
