Richard came today and fixed our system. We have had it new 6 years ago, but on well water things got plugged up. He was brilliant showing me how the system worked, when to change filters. Our pressure tank was low too. Thanks to Richard we are back up and running. And, he is such a nice fellow (bloke)! So wonderful to have a nice person come into your house for fixing broken things!

We have been Holmes Ecowater customers for many years and have always appreciated their prompt, efficient service. Our reverse osmosis system has worked well over the years but had a diaphragm failure this week and needed service. The receptionist answering our call was great and arranged for a technician to come the same day. Richard, the service technician, was friendly and knowledgeable and got the system back up very quickly. Thank you Richard, much appreciated.
