We called someone else first, they said they could not give us softened water except on the hot... water only. We heard good things about Holmes EcoWater, so we called them. Eco water came out; Jaime and Richard. Two very nice gentlemen. And we have softened water (except for just 1 tap) so much more than we expected to be able to do. We wanted a reverse osmosis system and went to see Holmes Eco Water . They sent someone out to the... house in Fort Macleod, explained everything and the cost . We accepted the offer and the installer came in and gave us exactly what we wanted. Afterwards had another visit to make sure everything was A okay, which was an added bonus . Holmes didn’t charge any travel fees, I don’t know another company that doesn’t charge for travel, much appreciated. We love our system. We recommend the system and Holmes for your water needs .
